STS Corporation Announces Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Follow-On Order for Bradley Fighting Vehicle Maintenance Program


LOS ANGELES, Calif., July 23, 2012 – STS Corporation, a Los Angeles based defense contractor, announced that it has received an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) follow-on order on a long-term spare parts kit maintenance program for the US Army, in support of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. The Bradley Fighting Vehicle serves to transport infantry under armored protection with the capability of providing troops with suppressing fire against enemy opposition. The Bradley is manufactured by BAE Systems Land and Armaments Division (formerly United Defense). It has been in active service since 1981 and has been deployed in the First and Second Persian Gulf Wars. Work will be performed at STS’s facility in Hawthorne, CA.

 

STS Corporation Receives Follow-On Order for C-5 Aircraft Maintenance Program


LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 23, 2011 – STS Corporation announced that it has received an additional order on a long-term US Air Force program supporting maintenance requirements for the C-5 aircraft.  The C-5 Galaxy provides strategic, heavy airlift capabilities over intercontinental distances, and was first deployed in 1969.  The C-5 aircraft is currently in use supporting ongoing military operations, including Operation Enduring Freedom.  Work will be performed in Hawthorne, CA.  Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA is the contracting activity.

 

STS Corporation Receives Contract to Support US Navy AAV7 Lifecycle Program


LOS ANGELES, Calif., February 17, 2011 – STS Corporation (CAGE 072X9) announced that it has won a contract to support the lifecycle requirements for the Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV7).  The AAV7 is an amphibious tracked vehicle used by the Marine Corps for landings in semi-aquatic areas.  Work will be performed in Hawthorne, CA. 

 

STS Corporation Wins C-5 Aircraft Maintenance Contract


LOS ANGELES, Calif., August 26, 2010 – STS Corporation (CAGE 072X9) announced that it has received a long-term contract supporting the maintenance requirements of the C-5 aircraft.  The contract is a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract valued at approximately $1,650,000.  The C-5 Galaxy aircraft provides strategic, heavy airlift capabilities over intercontinental distances, and was first employed by the United States Air Force in 1969.  Work will be performed in Hawthorne, CA.  Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA is the contracting activity.

 

STS Corporation Wins Contract to Support Defense Logistics Agency’s Bradley Fighting Vehicle Surge and Sustainment Requirements


LOS ANGELES, Calif., September 18, 2009 – STS Corporation (CAGE 072X9) announced that it has won a contract to support the Defense Logistics Agency’s surge and sustainment program for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle.  The contract is a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract valued at approximately $1,700,000.  The Bradley Fighting Vehicle is designed to transport infantry with armor protection while providing covering fire to suppress enemy troops and armored vehicles.  Work will be performed in Hawthorne, CA.  Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, OH is the contracting activity.
